This creamy and indulgent S’mores Dip combines fluffy marshmallow, smooth cream cheese, whipped cream, and chunks of chocolate, creating a delightful dessert dip perfect for sharing. Inspired by the classic campfire treat, it’s served chilled with graham crackers and optional nuts for dipping, making it an easy and crowd-pleasing no-bake dessert.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (marshmallow creme works as well)
  • 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, divided
  • 1/2 cup chocolate, chopped (I used Ferrero Rocher hazelnut chocolate bar)
  • 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional)

Toppings and Dippers (Optional)

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Additional chopped chocolate
  • Additional chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream: In a medium bowl, pour the cold heavy whipping cream and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Set this whipped cream aside for now.
  2. Cream Cheese and Marshmallow Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. Use a hand mixer to beat them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and continue beating until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in Whipped Cream: Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and marshmallow mixture using a spatula. Gently combine the two mixtures without deflating the whipped cream to keep the dip light and fluffy.
  4. Add Chocolate and Nuts: Stir in 1/2 cup of the chopped chocolate and, if using, 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts. Mix gently to distribute evenly throughout the dip.
  5. Chill the Dip: Transfer the prepared dip into a serving bowl and cover it tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the dip until you’re ready to serve, allowing the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  6. Serve: When ready to enjoy, sprinkle the dip with crushed graham crackers, additional chopped chocolate, and chopped hazelnuts if desired. Serve with graham crackers or other dippers of your choice.
