Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 2 packs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
- ½ cup Dehydrated Marshmallows
- Small Pinch of Salt
- 2 cups S’more Cereal
- ¼ cup Chocolate Icing
For Serving
- Vanilla Wafers
- Graham Crackers
- Piping Bag
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, dehydrated marshmallows, and a pinch of salt thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
- Chill the Mixture: Place the cream cheese mixture into the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour to firm up, making it easier to shape.
- Prepare Cereal Coating: Spread the s’more cereal evenly onto a large plate, gently breaking up any large clusters to make it manageable for coating.
- Shape the Cheese Ball: Remove the chilled mixture from the fridge and roll it carefully into a neat, uniform ball using your hands.
- Coat the Cheese Ball: Roll the formed cheese ball over the spread-out s’more cereal, pressing gently to ensure an even and thorough coating around the ball.
- Drizzle Chocolate: Microwave the chocolate icing for 30 seconds until warm and pourable. Transfer the chocolate icing into a piping bag, cut a small tip, and drizzle the chocolate artistically over the coated cheese ball.
- Serve: Place the finished s’mores cheese ball on a serving plate, and arrange vanilla wafers and graham crackers around it for dipping and enjoying.
