- 1 can sparkling water or club soda
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: Add the green apples, chopped cucumber, peeled ginger root, fresh spinach, honey, filtered water, and optional lemon juice to a high-powered blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and well combined.
- Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or a fine-mesh strainer into a glass jar or measuring cup. Squeeze or press to extract as much juice as possible, and discard the remaining pulp.
- Assemble the Mocktail: Pour about 1/4 cup of the strained green juice into a glass filled with ice. Top it off with sparkling water or club soda to add a refreshing fizz.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish your mocktail with a slice of lemon or cucumber for a fresh finishing touch. Serve immediately for the best taste and chill.

- Adjust the amount of honey to taste for desired sweetness.
