Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make the Brown Butter Topping: Add butter to a small skillet and heat over medium-low to low heat until melted and the milk solids start to brown and become fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the dark brown sugar until combined. Once cooled slightly, mix in a splash of vanilla extract and a pinch (or two) of flaky salt to taste. Set aside to cool and solidify further.
  2. Prepare the Pistachio Latte Base: In a 10-ounce mug, add the pistachio butter and sweetened condensed milk. Pour in the shot of hot espresso, then stir or blend until the mixture is well combined. Expect some settling due to the nut butter, but it won’t affect the taste significantly.
