Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Gather a medium pear, peeled banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract, milk, ice, and optionally collagen or protein powder.
- Add to blender: Place the pear, banana, cinnamon, vanilla, milk, ice, and optional protein powder into your blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed until the smoothie is creamy and smooth. For a thinner consistency, add a little more milk and blend again.
