- 2 cups baby greens or spring mix
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced

- 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

Dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the baby greens, peeled and diced cucumber, diced orange and red bell peppers, halved grape or cherry tomatoes, and sliced kalamata olives.
- Add Tuna: Flake the drained tuna and add it to the bowl with the vegetables.
- Make the Dressing & Toss: Pour the olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, and ground black pepper over the salad ingredients. Toss everything together gently to evenly coat the salad with the dressing.
