Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help the seasoning adhere and ensure browning.
  3. In a small bowl, mix paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
