Instructions
- Prepare tomato base: Place six thick tomato slices onto a large cutting board or plate to serve as the base for each topping combination.
- Burrata and pesto: Spread the burrata evenly onto one tomato slice. Top with a tablespoon of pesto and gently swirl with a spoon to combine the flavors.
