These Golden Grahams Bars are a deliciously sweet treat combining melted chocolate, butter, and marshmallows with crunchy Golden Grahams cereal. Easy to prepare and perfect for dessert or snack time, they offer a chewy, chocolatey, and crispy delight that the whole family will love.

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • one 10-oz. bag of mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 12-ounce box of Golden Grahams cereal

Instructions

  1. Prep: Set aside one cup of the mini marshmallows from the bag to add later separately.
  2. Chocolate Mixture: In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter, chocolate chips, the remaining mini marshmallows, and vanilla. Stir consistently until the mixture is mostly smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add Golden Grahams: Remove the pot from heat and mix in the entire box of Golden Grahams cereal along with the reserved one cup of marshmallows. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Press Into Pan: Transfer the mixture into a 9×13 inch pan, pressing firmly to pack it down evenly. Allow the bars to cool and solidify for one to two hours at room temperature.
  5. Cut and Serve: Once set, cut the slab into 12 large bars. Serve and enjoy your Golden Grahams Bars!
