Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make the syrup: In a small pot, combine 2 cups of water, honey or sugar, fresh thyme stems, and thinly sliced ginger. Place over high heat and bring the mixture to a boil.

  3. Strain the syrup: When the syrup has cooled, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, discarding the solids.
