- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

- Sparkling water (4-6 oz per serving)

Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the roughly chopped cucumbers, fresh lime juice, mint leaves, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth to create a fresh cucumber juice base.
- Strain (Optional): If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for an extra smooth texture, though this isn’t necessary if using a high-powered blender.
- Prepare Glasses: Divide the cucumber juice evenly between two glasses filled with ice.
- Add Sparkling Water: Top off each glass with 4 to 6 ounces of sparkling water to add bubbles and lighten the drink.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh mint, lime slices, or cucumber ribbons for an inviting presentation, then serve immediately to enjoy the refreshing spritz.
Notes
- Use fresh mint leaves for the best flavor; dried mint will not provide the same brightness.
- Adjust the maple syrup quantity to your desired level of sweetness.
