Dip the Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the white chocolate, covering about two-thirds of the strawberry. Gently shake off any excess chocolate and place the dipped strawberry on a parchment-lined tray or plate.

Set the Chocolate: Let the strawberries sit at room temperature for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to speed up the setting process.

Notes
