Ingredients

8 slices of Texas Toast Garlic Bread (frozen)

8 tablespoons pizza sauce

2 oz pepperoni (or other pizza toppings of choice)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or follow the package instructions for the Texas Toast.
  2. Arrange the frozen slices of Texas Toast on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each slice of Texas Toast, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  4. Top each slice with shredded mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings, such as pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the toast are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover garlic bread pizzas in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the toast is crispy again.
