Ingredients
4 cups fresh watermelon (seedless, cubed)
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
½ cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
2 cups cold water
Ice cubes (as needed)
Mint leaves (for garnish)
Lemon or lime slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

In a blender, combine the fresh watermelon cubes and cold water. Blend until smooth.

Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp (optional for smoother lemonade).

Stir in the fresh lemon juice and honey or simple syrup to taste. Adjust sweetness as desired.

Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to chill.

Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves and lemon or lime slices.

Notes
Add sparkling water or club soda just before serving for a fizzy version.
