Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries, rinsed
1 ripe banana, sliced
½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions

Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries.

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.

In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices.

In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.

Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit salad until well-coated.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
You can swap Greek yogurt for regular or plant-based yogurt.
Add nuts or seeds (like almonds or chia) for an extra crunch.
Keep the dressing separate if storing, and add just before serving.
