Ingredients
5 tbsp salted butter (plus more for greasing pan)
2 cups (340 g) milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup (80 ml) light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
7 cups (300 g) graham cracker cereal
15 oz (425 g) mini marshmallows (reserve about 2 cups for topping)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Stir in corn syrup until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips and stir constantly until melted and glossy.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in graham cracker cereal until evenly coated.
- Reserve 2 cups mini marshmallows. Fold the rest into the warm cereal mixture.
- Press mixture gently into prepared pan with a buttered spatula.
- Sprinkle reserved marshmallows on top and lightly press them in.
- Let cool at room temperature for about 1 hour before cutting into squares.
Notes
Makes 20–24 bars depending on size.
For a richer flavor, use semisweet or dark chocolate.
Add peanut butter or white chocolate chips for variation.
Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for a sweet-salty twist.
Line pan with parchment for easier removal.
