Ingredients
Burger Sauce / Big Mac Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons pickle relish
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
½ tablespoon white vinegar
1¼ teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Tacos:
4 flour tortillas (6-inch)
1 pound lean ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon neutral oil (vegetable, canola, or avocado)
4 slices American cheese
1 small onion, diced
Dill pickle chips
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions

In a bowl, mix all burger sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.

Divide ground beef into 4 equal 4-oz portions. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

Place a beef ball onto the skillet, then immediately press a tortilla over it, smashing the beef flat into the tortilla. Cook for 2–3 minutes until crispy.

Flip, top the beef side with cheese, and cook for 1–2 more minutes until melted.

Remove from skillet and top with diced onion, pickle chips, lettuce, and burger sauce.

Fold into a taco and serve immediately.
Notes
Substitute cheese with cheddar, Swiss, or pepper jack.
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
Make vegetarian by using plant-based beef and vegan cheese.
Store sauce up to 3 days in the fridge.
