Ingredients

1 box Boursin Basil & Chive Cheese

12 ounces fresh salmon, finely diced

6 strawberries, finely diced

6 large basil leaves, minced

1 1/2 tablespoons chives, minced

3 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Small basil leaves (for garnish)

Chive sprigs (for garnish)

Sea salt, to taste

Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the fresh salmon and strawberries into even pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon with minced basil and chives.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice, then season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  4. Spread or dollop the Boursin Basil & Chive Cheese onto a serving plate or dish.
  5. Spoon the salmon and strawberry mixture gently over the cheese.
  6. Garnish with small basil leaves and chive sprigs before serving.
