  • Total Time: 25-30 minutes
  • Yield: 8-10 servings

Ingredients

2 boxes of your favorite crackers (Cheez-Its, Saltines, Wheat Thins, etc.)

1 bag of Goldfish crackers

4 oz melted butter

2 tbsp ranch powder (from ranch seasoning mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  2. Prepare the mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crackers and Goldfish crackers.

  3. Mix the butter and seasoning: In a separate bowl, melt the butter and stir in the ranch seasoning powder until fully combined.

  4. Coat the crackers: Pour the butter and ranch mixture over the crackers, then toss well to ensure they are evenly coated.

  5. Bake: Spread the coated crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.

  6. Cool and serve: Once the crackers are golden and crispy, remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.

Notes

Storage: Store the cooled party mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Reheating: If the mix loses its crispness, place it back on a baking sheet and warm it in the oven at 250°F for 10 minutes.
