Ingredients
12 cups (12.8 oz) toasted rice cereal
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 medium-sized bag peanut butter M&M’s
1 bag pumpkin spice Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour mixture over toasted rice cereal and gently stir until evenly coated.
- Place powdered sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a large resealable bag. Add coated cereal, seal, and shake until well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to cool completely.
- Once cooled, mix in peanut butter M&M’s and pumpkin spice Hershey’s Kisses.
- Serve in a large bowl or portion into small bags for gifting.
Notes
Substitute almond or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
Try white chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate for a sweeter twist.
Mix in pretzels, nuts, or dried cranberries for added texture.
Store at room temperature for best crunch, or refrigerate to extend shelf life.
