Instructions
- Prepare Cream Cheese Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk. Whisk or beat until smooth and creamy to ensure no lumps remain, creating a rich base for the foam.
- Add Pumpkin and Spices: Stir in the pumpkin pureé, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla bean paste, and a pinch of sea salt into the cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all the flavors evenly.
- Incorporate Cream and Half and Half: Pour in the heavy cream and half and half, then whisk vigorously or use an electric frother until the mixture thickens and becomes frothy, forming a cold foam with a smooth, airy texture.
- Chill (Optional): For best results and to maintain the foam consistency, keep the foam chilled until ready to use. This cold foam can be spooned over hot or iced coffee, espresso, or your preferred beverage.

- Use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream for the creamiest texture.
