Ingredients
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups salted peanuts
1/2 cup toffee chips
24 oz. chocolate candy coating
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the chocolate candy coating.
- Microwave the chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Add the salted peanuts and toffee chips to the melted chocolate, stirring gently to coat the nuts and chips evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters. Aim for about 1-2 tablespoons per cluster.
- Allow the clusters to set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or place them in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to speed up the process.
- Once the clusters have hardened, remove them from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container.
Notes
For faster setting, refrigerate the clusters for 20-30 minutes.
Can be made up to a week ahead of time and stored in an airtight container.
Store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or refrigerate for a longer shelf life.
