Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced into 810 pieces

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 ripe peaches, diced

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
