Ingredients

½ cup vanilla yogurt

2 tbsp granola

¼ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

¼ cup fresh blackberries

¼ cup fresh raspberries

Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all the berries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
  2. Spoon a layer of vanilla yogurt into a serving cup or bowl.
  3. Add a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  4. Top with a mixture of strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
  5. Repeat the layers if desired, finishing with berries on top.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves for freshness.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For added protein, swap vanilla yogurt with Greek yogurt.

Use unsweetened yogurt and granola for a lower sugar option.

To make it vegan, use plant-based yogurt and granola.

Prepare ahead by storing granola separately to maintain crunch.
