Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F to prepare for baking the dip.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, sun-dried tomato pesto, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well until fully blended.
- Add Chicken Broth and Chicken: Stir in the chicken broth until incorporated, then fold in the shredded chicken evenly into the mixture.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour and spread the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly on top.
- Bake: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling around the edges and heated through.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, garnish with freshly chopped basil or parsley. Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread for dipping.
