Ingredients

6 oz package orange gelatin

2 (3 oz) packages vanilla cook and serve pudding mix

4 cups hot water

8 oz Cool Whip

16 oz can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange gelatin and pudding mix in the hot water, stirring until completely smooth.
  2. Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate until it thickens and sets (about 1–2 hours).
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
  4. Gently stir in the drained mandarin oranges.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Can substitute mandarin oranges with pineapple tidbits or fresh fruit.

Sugar-free gelatin and pudding mix can be used for a lighter version.

Do not freeze; refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days.

For extra texture, add mini marshmallows or shredded coconut.
