6 oz package orange gelatin
2 (3 oz) packages vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
4 cups hot water
8 oz Cool Whip
16 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
Instructions
- Dissolve the orange gelatin and pudding mix in the hot water, stirring until completely smooth.
- Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate until it thickens and sets (about 1–2 hours).
- Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Gently stir in the drained mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Can substitute mandarin oranges with pineapple tidbits or fresh fruit.
Sugar-free gelatin and pudding mix can be used for a lighter version.
Do not freeze; refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days.
For extra texture, add mini marshmallows or shredded coconut.
