Ingredients

18 oz pineapple juice

18 oz dark rum

6 oz light rum

9 oz triple sec

9 oz Rosa’s sweetened lime juice (or fresh lime juice)

6 oz orgeat (almond syrup)

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, dark rum, light rum, triple sec, lime juice, and orgeat.

  • Stir thoroughly to mix.

  • Pour over ice into individual glasses.

  • Garnish with lime wedges, mint sprigs, or maraschino cherries.

Notes

Use fresh lime juice and simple syrup if you prefer a more tart, less sweet version.

Add a float of overproof rum for extra strength.

For a fruitier flavor, mix in mango or orange juice.

Store pre-mixed (without ice) in the fridge for up to 3 days.
