Instructions
- Prepare the base: Toast the small tortilla or slice of bread until crispy and golden. Set aside on a plate.

- Prepare avocado and cheese: Slice or mash the ¼ avocado and crumble the feta cheese for easy layering.
- Assemble the toast: Spread the avocado evenly over the toasted tortilla or bread. Place the fried egg on top, then sprinkle crumbled feta cheese.
- Season: Add dried oregano and red pepper flakes to taste. Drizzle with a little lemon juice for brightness.
- Garnish: Top with pickled onions and finish with a drizzle of chili oil to add a spicy, tangy kick.
