1 lb (454 g) ground beef
3 tbsp taco seasoning
6 large eggs
1/2 cup (119 g) heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup (113 g) shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic and taco seasoning; cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Mix in cooked beef mixture gently.

Pour mixture into greased 9-inch pie dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly on top.

Bake 25–30 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cool a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Substitute ground turkey for beef for a leaner option.
