Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp sea salt (to taste)

1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional, for firmer fudge)

Coarse sea salt flakes (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until combined.
  3. If using, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and stir them into the mixture for firmer texture.
