Instructions
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract (or the seeds from 1 vanilla bean).
- Mix well until the yogurt is fully combined with the honey and vanilla, creating a smooth and creamy texture.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before enjoying. Optionally, top with fresh fruit, granola, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
Notes
For a vegan version, use dairy-free Greek-style yogurt and substitute maple syrup or agave for the honey.

This yogurt can be stored for 2-3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
