Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and water until smooth.
- If desired, stir in minced garlic and ginger for added flavor.
- Pour the sauce over your stir fry in the final few minutes of cooking, tossing to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Cook for 1–2 more minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and coat the stir fry.
- Serve immediately over rice, noodles, or as a topping for your favorite protein.
Notes
Add a splash of rice vinegar or lime juice for a tangy twist.
