- 1 cup unsweetened light coconut milk

Instructions
- Warm the Coconut Milk: In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, warm the coconut milk until it is lightly simmering, stirring occasionally to prevent scalding.
- Prepare the Mixture: Pour the warmed coconut milk into a large mug or a glass measuring cup. Add the maple syrup and chai spice mix to the milk.
- Froth the Latte: Use an electric frother to froth the mixture until it becomes slightly foamy. If an electric frother isn’t available, whisk vigorously by hand or use a hand mixer to create a light foam on top.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the frothy chai latte into a warm mug. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and ground nutmeg to enhance the flavor and aroma. Serve immediately.

- You can adjust the amount of maple syrup based on your preferred level of sweetness.
