¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine yogurt, pumpkin puree, honey, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of extra pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon on top.
Notes
Add ½ frozen banana for extra creaminess and natural sweetness.
