Instructions
- In a glass, muddle the jalapeño slices and mint leaves to release their flavors.
- Add lime juice and guava nectar, then stir well.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Tajin into the mixture for an extra flavor boost.
- Add the grenadine and stir to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice, then top with guava sparkling water or regular sparkling water, adjusting the amount for your desired level of fizziness.
- Stir gently to mix, then garnish with lime slices, fresh mint, more jalapeño slices, or a dash of Tajin.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a sweeter mocktail, add more grenadine or guava nectar.
Adjust the spiciness by adding more jalapeño or a pinch of chili powder.
Swap the guava sparkling water for regular sparkling water with a splash of pineapple juice for a tropical twist.
