These handheld bites are crispy on the outside, gooey and cheesy on the inside—perfect for parties, game day, or satisfying your cravings. Easy to make and absolutely irresistible, they’ll be the star of any gathering!

  • Total Time: 25-30 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder

2 tbsp grated Parmesan

2 tbsp melted butter

1 lb ground beef

8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, and grated Parmesan. Set aside.

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into small cubes or use pre-shredded cheese.

  • Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.

  • Place a spoonful of cooked ground beef in the center of each biscuit, followed by a piece of mozzarella cheese.

  • Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal it inside.

  • Place the sealed dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.

  • Brush the top of each dough ball with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the beef mixture.

You can add sautéed onions, mushrooms, or bell peppers to the filling for extra flavor.

For an extra cheesy experience, mix mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack cheese.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
