Ingredients
Ground beef
Crescent roll dough
Cheddar cheese
Garlic butter (butter, garlic powder, or minced garlic)
Optional seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375°F, as instructed on the crescent roll dough packaging.
-
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
-
Add your choice of seasonings, like salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to the beef for extra flavor.
-
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet and separate into individual triangles.
-
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each dough triangle.
-
Spoon a portion of the cooked ground beef onto the cheese.
-
Roll up each triangle from the wide end to form a rollup.
-
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
-
Meanwhile, melt butter and stir in garlic powder or minced garlic to create the garlic butter glaze.
-
Brush the garlic butter over each rollup as soon as they come out of the oven.
-
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella, Swiss, or pepper jack.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
