Instructions
- Preheat and prepare the pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, and egg. Whisk well to thoroughly blend the ingredients.
- Add the cake mix: Gradually stir in the funfetti cake mix until fully combined into a thick batter.
- Incorporate add-ins: Fold in the white chocolate chips and half of the sprinkles evenly throughout the batter to distribute them.
- Pour and top the batter: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of sprinkles on top for extra colorful decoration.
- Bake the brownies: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs but no wet batter. The edges should be set and lightly golden.
- Cool and serve: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares. This helps achieve clean cuts and lets the brownies set.
