Ingredients
1 1/2 cups diced peaches (for Mango-Peach Fruit Roll Ups)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (for Mango-Peach and Strawberry-Blackberry Swirl)
1/4 cup honey (for Mango-Peach and Strawberry-Blackberry Swirl)
1 1/2 cups diced strawberries (for Strawberry-Blackberry Swirl)
1 1/2 cups blackberries (for Strawberry-Blackberry Swirl)
4 tablespoons honey (for Strawberry-Blackberry Swirl)
3 cups diced fresh fruit (for General Base)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (for General Base)
1/4 cup honey (for General Base)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (or the lowest temperature setting) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the diced fruit, lemon juice, and honey (or sweetener of your choice). Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the fruit mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even, thin layer. Use a spatula to smooth it out evenly, making sure it covers the entire surface of the baking sheet.
- For the Mango-Peach variety: Blend the diced peaches and mango with lemon juice and honey, then follow the same process.
- For the Strawberry-Blackberry Swirl: Blend the strawberries and blackberries with lemon juice and honey, then swirl them together after spreading the fruit mixture on the baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 4 to 6 hours, checking occasionally. The fruit leather is done when it’s no longer sticky to the touch and is firm and pliable.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, cut the fruit leather into strips using scissors or a sharp knife.
- Roll up each strip and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
Notes
Experiment with different fruit combinations to create unique flavors.
If using frozen fruit, ensure it’s thawed and excess liquid is drained before blending.
If you prefer a sweeter roll-up, adjust the amount of honey or substitute with maple syrup or agave.
For storage, wrap the fruit roll-ups individually in parchment paper for easy handling.
