2 cups crushed Doritos (any flavor)
1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Prepare the cheese: Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes, about the size of a Dorito chip or slightly smaller. This will ensure the cheese melts perfectly inside the Doritos.
- Prepare the coating station: In a shallow bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the crushed Doritos.
- Stuff the Doritos: Take one Dorito and place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center. Gently press another Dorito on top to form a sandwich, making sure the cheese is completely enclosed inside the chips. Repeat with the remaining Doritos and cheese cubes.
- Coat the stuffed Doritos: Dip each stuffed Dorito into the flour, coating it evenly, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the crushed Doritos. Press gently to ensure the Doritos stick to the egg-coated cheese and form a crunchy crust.
- Fry the stuffed Doritos: Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add the coated stuffed Doritos into the hot oil, frying them for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Use tongs to flip them gently.
- Drain and serve: Once the Doritos are golden and crispy, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Serve immediately while they’re still warm and the cheese is melted.
Notes
You can experiment with different cheese types like mozzarella or pepper jack for varied flavors.
To make them spicier, use spicy Doritos or add jalapeños to the cheese stuffing.
If you’re avoiding frying, bake the stuffed Doritos at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
