Fresh Fruit Ice Pops are a refreshing and healthy summer treat made with fresh fruit, lemon juice, and agave, offering a burst of natural sweetness in every bite. Perfect for cooling down on hot days!

  • Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8 ice pops

Ingredients

4 cups fresh fruit (such as peaches, raspberries, or blueberries), chopped if necessary

Juice of 1 lemon

¼ cup agave

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh fruit, lemon juice, and agave.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into ice pop molds, filling them almost to the top.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  5. Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds and serve immediately.

Notes

Store ice pops in the freezer for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container or wrapped tightly in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn.

If you don’t have popsicle molds, use small paper cups or muffin tins as a substitute.

For a creamy version, add a splash of coconut milk or Greek yogurt.

Adjust the sweetness by adding more agave, honey, or maple syrup to taste.
