Ingredients
4 cups fresh fruit (such as peaches, raspberries, or blueberries), chopped if necessary
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup agave
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh fruit, lemon juice, and agave.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the fruit mixture into ice pop molds, filling them almost to the top.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds and serve immediately.
Notes
Store ice pops in the freezer for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container or wrapped tightly in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn.
If you don’t have popsicle molds, use small paper cups or muffin tins as a substitute.
For a creamy version, add a splash of coconut milk or Greek yogurt.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more agave, honey, or maple syrup to taste.
