Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
2 cups water
3–6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (adjust to taste)
2–4 tablespoons marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows (adjust to taste)
Optional toppings: sliced banana or other fruit, dried fruit, 100% maple syrup, ground cinnamon, chia seeds or other seeds/nuts
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a gentle boil.
- Stir in quick oats and cook 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
- Adjust consistency with a splash of water or milk if desired.
- Serve immediately in bowls.
- Add optional toppings such as fruit, dried fruit, maple syrup, cinnamon, or seeds/nuts for extra flavor and texture.
Notes
Use plant-based marshmallow fluff for a vegan version.
Adjust peanut butter and fluff to your desired sweetness and creaminess.
For overnight oats, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 6–8 hours.
Stir well before reheating to restore creamy texture.
