8 ounces refrigerated crescent dough
½ cup pizza sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
30–40 mini pepperoni (or preferred toppings)
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with cupcake liners. -
Prepare the Crescent Dough:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller pieces to create 24 small pieces. -
Assemble the Pizza Cups:
Gently press each small triangle of dough into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup to form a crust. -
Add the Filling:
Spoon 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into each dough-lined muffin cup. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by 3-4 mini pepperoni slices (or your preferred toppings). -
Season the Cups:
Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over each pizza cupcake for extra flavor. -
Bake:
Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Serve:
Let the pizza cupcakes cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Optionally, serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
