2 ripe avocados, pits removed
4 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
1/2 cup milk (preferably unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

Add the cocoa powder, hemp seeds (if using), milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides of the blender as needed.

Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa powder, if desired.

Transfer to serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Garnish with extra hemp seeds or coconut whipped cream if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, try swapping the almond milk for coconut milk or oat milk.
You can add peanut butter or almond butter for a unique flavor twist.
Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more maple syrup or using a different sweetener.
