This Easy Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a rich and creamy dessert that’s both indulgent and nutritious. Made with ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and optional hemp seeds, this healthy chocolate pudding is vegan, dairy-free, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, pits removed

4 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened

1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)

1/2 cup milk (preferably unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

  • Add the cocoa powder, hemp seeds (if using), milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides of the blender as needed.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa powder, if desired.

  • Transfer to serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

  • Garnish with extra hemp seeds or coconut whipped cream if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, try swapping the almond milk for coconut milk or oat milk.

You can add peanut butter or almond butter for a unique flavor twist.

Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more maple syrup or using a different sweetener.
