These Easy Breakfast Bagel Sliders are a quick and satisfying handheld breakfast, packed with fluffy eggs, savory sausage patties, and gooey cheddar cheese, all nestled between mini everything bagels. Perfect for busy mornings, brunch gatherings, or meal prep, these sliders deliver a hearty breakfast in a convenient, grab-and-go form!

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 8 sliders

Ingredients

8 mini everything bagels

10 eggs

8 sausage patties

16 slices cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons garlic salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the sausage patties: Cook the sausage patties in a large skillet over medium heat, following package instructions or until fully cooked. Set aside and keep warm.

  • Scramble the eggs: In a large bowl, whisk the 10 eggs with a pinch of salt. Melt some butter in the same skillet over medium heat, then pour in the eggs and scramble them, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and fluffy. Set aside.

  • Prepare the bagels: Slice the mini everything bagels in half. Brush the cut sides with melted butter and toast them lightly in a separate pan or in a toaster.

  • Assemble the sliders: Lay 8 bottom halves of the toasted bagels on a flat surface. Add one sausage patty to each, followed by a portion of scrambled eggs, then top with a slice of cheddar cheese. Add the top half of the bagel to complete the slider.

  • Serve: Serve immediately while the cheese is still melty and the sliders are warm.

Notes

Vegetarian Option: Replace sausage patties with veggie patties or sautéed mushrooms for a meat-free version.

Spicy Option: Add hot sauce or jalapeños for extra heat, or swap cheddar for pepper jack cheese.

Gluten-Free Option: Use gluten-free bagels to make these sliders gluten-free.
