These easy, no-cook bites are perfect for summer parties, light snacks, or healthy entertaining.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: Serves about 4 as an appetizer

Ingredients

Cucumbers, sliced into ½-inch rounds

Grape tomatoes, halved or quartered (if large)

Cream cheese

Greek yogurt

Fresh dill

Ranch dressing powder

Instructions

  • Slice cucumbers into ½-inch rounds; peel fully, partially, or leave skin on for decorative effect.

  • Slice grape tomatoes in half or quarters and set aside.

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, dill, and Ranch dressing powder. Mix until smooth and well blended.

  • Transfer mixture to a piping bag or a Ziplock bag with a corner cut off.

  • Pipe a generous dollop onto each cucumber round.

  • Top each with a cherry tomato half.

  • Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.

Notes

Add chopped chives or green onions to the cheese mix for extra flavor.

Substitute Ranch dressing powder with dried Italian seasoning or garlic powder.

Use flavored cream cheese (herb or garlic) for more depth.

Top with olives or everything bagel seasoning instead of tomatoes.

Use dairy-free cream cheese and yogurt for a vegan version.

Assemble just before serving for best texture; store leftovers refrigerated up to 1 day.
