Ingredients
Dip Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (Fage 2%)
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
Instructions
- Mix Base Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill pickle juice. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and well blended, ensuring even distribution of flavors.
- Add Pickles: Fold in the chopped dill pickles using a rubber spatula. Stir gently to combine without breaking up the pickles too much, maintaining some texture in the dip.
- Season and Garnish: Taste the dip and add salt and freshly ground black pepper as needed. Garnish with extra chopped pickles and dill for a vibrant presentation. Serve immediately with potato chips or fresh vegetables, or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
- For a smoother dip, blend all ingredients except the chopped pickles and fold them in at the end.
- Adjust the amount of pickle juice to taste for more or less tanginess.
- Use low-fat or fat-free cream cheese and yogurt for a lighter version.
- Best served chilled; allow the dip to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Perfect for parties, game days, or as a flavorful snack accompaniment.
