Instructions

- Blend until smooth: Secure the blender lid and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the texture is smooth and creamy, usually about 30 to 60 seconds.
- Serve immediately: Pour the green smoothie into a glass and enjoy it fresh for the best flavor and nutrient retention.
