Instructions

Cut mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.

Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture.

Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the filled peppers.

Arrange on a serving tray and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day. Assemble just before serving for best texture.
Substitute Greek yogurt with sour cream or mayo for a different creamy texture.
Add minced fresh herbs like chives or dill to the filling for extra flavor.
