A deliciously creamy and tangy toast topped with Brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce, garnished with fresh rosemary for a fragrant and elegant touch.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

2 slices of French bread

4 oz Brie cheese, sliced

1/4 cup cranberry sauce

Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Toast the French bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
  2. While the bread is toasting, slice the Brie cheese into thin slices.
  3. Once the bread is toasted, layer the Brie cheese slices on top of each slice of bread.
  4. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the Brie, spreading it evenly.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for a fragrant touch.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is best served immediately to maintain the crispiness of the bread.

Leftover cranberry sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week, but the assembled toast is best eaten fresh.

If you’d like more texture, sprinkle some chopped toasted walnuts or pecans over the cranberry sauce.

For added sweetness, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the toast.
